Mexican Build UP!

Ingredients:

Fritos chips or Tostito scoops (1-2 bags)

1 can of Tomato sauce

3 cups of white rice

1 lb. of hamburger meat

½ white onion

2 fresh tomatoes

1 avocado

Shredded cheese

Lettuce

Directions:

  • Cook the rice you’re going to use in this dish (either using a rice cooker or pouring 3 cups of rice in a pot & boiling 1 ½ -2 cups of water until the little holes begin to appear.)
  • Brown & then drain the hamburger meat in a pan. (Add diced onions in with the meat or season with garlic powder, as desired.)
  • In a large saucepan, warm up the tomato sauce. Add the rice & hamburger meat when they’re each completed, & allow meat & rice to soak in the tomato flavor. (I usually like to add either Basil or Oregano to the tomato sauce mix & stir it in before serving.)
  • Cut & prepare the vegetables to go as toppings over the Frito chips with the tomato sauce (and hamburger meat with rice.) Enjoy!
