The Peach Blackberry Special:
1/4 bag of frozen peaches
1/2 carton of fresh blackberries
3-4 leaves (finely chopped) of kale or collard greens
1 tsp. of honey
½-1 c. milk (depending on if you like your smoothie a little thinner & runnier, add more liquid)
1 peach yogurt (Dannon is my fav!)
Tip: Let the frozen peaches sit in the milk for up to 20 minutes (so they’re thawed enough to get chopped up in the blender.) Blend it all up & enjoy!
